- Booking & Confirmation Identification: Always carry a valid Govt. ID (Aadhar Card/Voter ID/Passport). This is mandatory for interstate travel (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore) and hotel check-ins. Advance Booking: We recommend booking your Innova Crysta or Tempo Traveller at least 24-48 hours in advance during peak seasons to ensure availability.
- Sightseeing Tips (Goa Tours) North Goa: Best explored between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Includes Fort Aguada, Baga, and Anjuna. South Goa: This is a spiritual and heritage-heavy tour. Please dress modestly when visiting the Basilica of Bom Jesus and Mangeshi Temple. Dolphin Trips & Cruises: Tickets for Dolphin trips (₹400) and Sunset Cruises (₹500) are subject to weather conditions. Always confirm the timing with our driver.
- Interstate Travel (Outstation) Routes: For long-distance trips to Bangalore, Gokarna, or Mumbai, our drivers follow safe-speed limits and take necessary breaks at hygienic rest stops. Night Travel: While we provide 24/7 service, we recommend starting early morning for long mountain routes like Dandeli for better scenic views and safety.
- Vehicle Decorum & Safety Cleanliness: We provide sanitized and clean vehicles. We request guests to help us maintain hygiene during the trip. Smoking & Alcohol: For safety and as per government regulations, smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the taxi is strictly prohibited. Luggage: Please inform us in advance if you have extra-heavy luggage so we can suggest the right vehicle (Ertiga vs Innova Crysta).
- Local Laws & Permits Traffic Rules: Our drivers strictly follow Goa Traffic Police rules. Please wear seatbelts at all times. Parking Charges: Standard parking fees at airports or specific monuments (where applicable) are to be paid by the guest unless mentioned in the package.
