Welcome to Sultan Tours and Travels. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Booking and Payment Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm bookings for outstation trips (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, etc.) or luxury fleet like the Bharat Benz 40-seater. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cash, UPI (GPay\/PhonePe), and Bank Transfers. Pricing: The quoted price includes vehicle rental and driver charges. Tolls, parking fees, and state permits (for interstate travel) are to be paid by the guest unless explicitly included in a fixed package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Usage of Vehicle Distance Calculation: For outstation trips, the distance is calculated from our garage in Panjim and back to the garage. Time Limits: Local full-day sightseeing in Goa (North\/South Goa) is typically for 8 hours or 80 kilometers (whichever comes first). Extra hours or kilometers will be charged at a standard rate. Night Charges: A night driving allowance may be applicable if the journey continues between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Guest Responsibility Punctuality: Guests are requested to be ready at the scheduled pickup time. For airport pickups, we track flights, but any delay beyond 45 minutes may incur waiting charges. Behavior: We maintain a professional environment. Any misconduct, verbal abuse, or physical damage to the vehicle by the guest will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund. Illegal Activities: Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or engaging in any unlawful activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Vehicle Availability While we guarantee a vehicle from the category you booked (e.g., Innova Crysta, Ertiga, Swift Dzire), Sultan Tours and Travels reserves the right to provide an upgraded or equivalent vehicle in case of mechanical breakdown or unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Tour Specifics Tickets: Entry tickets for Dolphin trips (\u20b9400), Spice Plantations (\u20b9500), and Sunset Cruises (\u20b9500) are not included in the taxi fare unless part of a pre-paid “All-Inclusive” package. Routes: Our drivers will follow the most efficient routes. Any major deviations requested by the guest may result in extra charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Limitation of Liability Sultan Tours and Travels is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please check the car thoroughly before deboarding. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road accidents, or natural calamities (landslides in Dandeli\/Gokarna, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Jurisdiction Any disputes arising out of the services provided by Sultan Tours and Travels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panjim, Goa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
