At Sultan Tours and Travels, we strive to provide a flexible and fair booking experience. Because our vehicles and drivers are scheduled in advance, we have established the following policy for cancellations and refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible via Call or WhatsApp at +91 8080643517. The following charges apply based on when the cancellation is made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
More than 24 Hours before pickup: Full refund of the advance amount (if any) or zero cancellation fee.\n\nBetween 12 to 24 Hours before pickup: 25% of the total booking amount or the advance deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.\n\nLess than 12 Hours before pickup: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.\n\nNo Show \/ Cancellation at the time of arrival: 100% of the advance payment or a minimum one-day rental fee will be charged to cover the driver\u2019s time and fuel.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n\n- Refund Process If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cash).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Changes and Rescheduling<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
We understand that travel plans can change. You can reschedule your trip (subject to vehicle availability) up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any additional penalty. If the requested vehicle (Innova, Crysta, Ertiga, etc.) is not available for the new slot, we will provide the best possible alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Cancellation by Sultan Tours and Travels<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
In rare cases of extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, or government restrictions in Goa\/Interstate routes, we may have to cancel your booking. In such cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will try to provide an alternative vehicle of the same or higher category.\n\nIf we cannot provide an alternative, a 100% full refund will be issued immediately.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n\n- Waiting Charges For Airport\/Railway Station pickups, we provide a grace waiting period of 45 minutes. Post the grace period, standard waiting charges will apply as per the vehicle type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
